WWC Recording - A Friendship Formed in Fiber - Penny Leon Glackman and Kendal Rosenberger in conversation

Originally recorded at the Weaving Way Community meeting in October 2025, we heard from Penny Leon Glackman and Kendal Rosenberger in conversation with Kate Kilmurray, about their friendship formed through the art of weaving.

After meeting through the Weaving Way Community, Penny and Kendal began to exchange ideas. What started as conversations about patterns and color, grew into something much bigger; a true friendship. They now meet online every month in addition to the WWC, talking about weaving projects they are working on, but also about their lives, their challenges and their joys.

Through the connection of weaving, they've learned to lean on each other for honesty, encouragement and inspiration. It was wonderful to welcome them both together to explore how weaving doesn't just connect threads on a loom - it also creates lasting connections between people.
