Originally recorded at the Weaving Way Community meeting in December 2024, we heard from Matthew Cavalletto about how he finds inspiration in historical weaving techniques, sending them onwards as weaving charts to educate and guide others.

Matthew is a professional web application developer who was pleasantly surprised to discover that his love of diagrams and patterns could be of use to crafters. He works with his wife and creative partner Piglet Evans to document and explore historical weaving structures, and together they've created and shared more than 500 free charts for weavers.
