Foundations of Handweaving Workshop with Fuller Craft Museum
I am delighted to be collaborating with Fuller Craft Museum to host a workshop for their community to learn the foundations of handweaving and the practice of coming home to yourself.
In this two-hour online workshop, you will discover a traditional craft and learn to make one beautiful and useful handwoven potholder with single color loops of your choice.
This project is perfect for beginners who are interested in learning a simple craft and connecting with their creativity. It is a wonderful opportunity for those who are interested in the beauty of weaving with cotton loops.
The workshop will take place April 9, 10:00 am-12:00 pm (PT)/ 1:00 pm-3:00 pm (ET).
The workshop costs $50 per person and $45 for Fuller Craft Museum Members. Attendees can book via the Fuller Craft Museum directly.
The materials you need to create these weavings can be ordered in a kit here. The kit is custom-made to the highest quality, and its portability means you can use your hands to quiet your mind wherever you go. Please order your kit no later than March 31st.
I very much look forward to introducing you to weaving via this workshop.
