Monday Online Weekly Guided Meditation Class
Meditation is an invitation to slow down and find some spaciousness in our lives. This helps invoke a soft open heart and our own innate wisdom where we find skills to help us navigate the ups and downs of our lives.
I am pleased to offer this weekly, hour-long class to provide you with a regular touch point to virtually connect and meditate in a guided manner alongside a group.
The class will open with an introduction, followed by guided meditation and then we will close by sharing about your experience.
Please join me each week on Mondays at 5:00-6:00 pm (PDT). Upon registering for the class I will send you a Zoom link to access the class.
